Arbitrator & Mediator
I am an experienced commercial arbitrator and mediator, having served on numerous business cases including in the finance, healthcare and software licensing industries. I am a member of the American Arbitration Association's National Panel of Commercial Arbitrators and National Panel of Employee Benefits Arbitrators. I also serve as an arbitrator for the American Dispute Resolution Center. I work privately as a mediator, and also on pro bono panels at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut at Hartford and New Haven, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
